【产品名称】通用名称：脱蜡液

【型号】A型—增强透明型、B型—通用脱蜡型

【用途】用于对样本进行染色前预处理，去除包埋组织样本上的石蜡和组织透明。

【原理】本产品用于病理样本透明，其作用机理是组织块中的水分被透明脱蜡液取代，其折射指数接近于组织蛋白的折射指数，组织块变得透亮；用于样本脱蜡时，其机理是透明脱蜡液对石蜡有一定的溶解度，浸泡过程中脱蜡液逐步替换出组织内的石蜡，使组织切片可以进一步水化染色。

【主要组成与性能】本脱蜡液主要由环保的饱和烷烃类成分组成，用于病理样本透明脱蜡，既能与乙醇相混溶，又能溶解石蜡，其折射指数接近于组织蛋白的折光指数，可有效替换组织内乙醇及石蜡。

【适用仪器】适用于手工操作或自动染色机、自动脱水机。

【使用方法】

☆  用于组织脱蜡时：

将组织切片依次浸入B型脱蜡液×2缸、A型脱蜡液×1缸（可替代流程中的第2缸100%乙醇），每次浸入时间依据现有操作流程即可;

☆  用于组织透明时：

将组织块或组织切片依次浸入A型脱蜡液×1缸（可替代流程中的第2缸100%乙醇）、B型脱蜡液×2缸，每次浸入时间依据现有操作流程即可。

【注意事项】：

1、 A型脱蜡液可增强透明效果，同时延长脱蜡液的使用时间，不增加总缸数的前提下，可替代流程中的第2缸100%乙醇，发生混浊后更换。

2、 B型脱蜡液使用一段时间后，第1缸脱蜡液融的蜡（或乙醇）较多应倒弃更换，其后的第2缸脱蜡液前移，后一缸换新鲜的B型脱蜡液。

3、 第一次使用时请仔细阅读使用说明书，建议先取1-2个样品做预实验。
